Products are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable once they are delivered, with the following exceptions: (a) if the product is defective, damaged, expired, or delivered improperly; and (b) if the return/exchange policy for that particular product permits it. In certain situations, the appropriate policy’s rules, including the deadlines and requirements, will apply to the processing of return/exchange requests. Before requesting a return, exchange, or refund, please review the Kopabazaar Platform’s return policies for each product.
There are no refunds or returns accepted for digital products. Should you run into any problems, please get in touch with the appropriate vendor immediately.
After a return or cancellation is approved, all refunds will be processed seven working days after the approval date, provided that all requirements are met.
Refunds for payments made using electronic methods, such as debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, etc., unless otherwise specified or as mutually agreed upon between Kopabazaar and the customer, will be handled in the same way as they were received or given as credit, cashback, coupons, or promotional codes that can be applied to future purchases made on the Kopabazaar Platform, subject to any specific conditions, like validity periods. Depending on the specific bank policies, the refund amount in the form of credits will appear in your account. Refunds for products paid for using cash on delivery, however, will only be issued in the form of promotional codes, which will run out thirty days after they are issued. Those who purchase online may also choose to receive a refund for their promotional codes. Refunds are non-transferable to another payment method once they are started. Every other promotional code that is given out will run out after seven days.
Only Indian Rupees will be used for reimbursements.
